Our Guarantee
All of our arrangements are created using only the freshest and most beautiful product sourced exclusively from our local wholesale suppliers. With this, we guarantee that an arrangement will be in excellent condition upon arrival and that with proper care, it will remain beautiful for at least 24 hours.
Due to the fleeting nature of fresh cut product, different flower varieties will have different vase life times, in some instances, varying from a few hours, to a few days. All of our deliveries will arrive with recommended care instructions to help keep the arrangement beautiful for as long as reasonably possible.
As a company, we firmly believe in doing what's right. If the quality, craftsmanship, or overall appearance of an arrangement ordered is found to be unsatisfactory within 24 hours or less following delivery, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement, after photo verification of the arrangement in the questionable condition has been received.
